Dr. Ananda has been with Bay Area Pediatrics since 1996. She attended Stanford University where she was awarded her Bachelor of Science in 1979. From there she went to Albany Medical College and received her M.D. in 1983. Dr. Ananda did her postgraduate work in pediatrics at Stanford University and finished her Residency in Pediatrics in 1986. Dr. Ananda is Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.

Dr. Ananda works primarily in our Southgate Office in Daly City. Her main hospital affiliations are Seton Medical Center and California Pacific Medical Center. She is a member of the Brown & Toland Medical Group. Dr. Ananda has also been very active in the American Academy of Pediatrics and has served on AAP committees in the areas of Public Health, Adolescent Medicine, and Women's issues in Medicine.

Dr. Ananda is married and has two children.

Dr. Berston has been with BAPMG since 1996. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1985. He attended the George Washington University School of Medicine, graduating in 1993. His postgraduate work in pediatrics took place at Children's Hospital of Northern California, where he completed his residency in 1996. Dr. Berston is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.

Dr. Berston works primarily in our Southgate office in Daly City. His primary hospital affiliations are California Pacific Medical Center, and Seton Medical Center. He is a member of the Brown & Toland Medical group.

Dr. Berston is married with two young children.

   

Janice Gilless, MD

Dr. Gilless has been with Bay Area Pediatrics since 1986. She attended Michigan State University where she received her Bachelor of Science in 1978. From there she went to the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and received her M.D. degree in 1982. She did her internship in Pediatrics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed her Residency in Pediatrics at Children's Hospital of San Francisco in 1985. Dr Gilless is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.

Dr. Gilless works mainly in our Southgate Office in Daly City. Her primary hospital affiliations are Seton Medical Center and California Pacific Medical Center. She is a member of the Brown & Toland Medical Group. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the California Medical Association.

Dr Gilless is married and has two children.

Dr. Malina has been with Bay Area Pediatric Medical Group since 1994. She attended Grinnell College and received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology in 1982. From there she attended the New York University School of Medicine, receiving her M.D. in 1987. She did her post graduate work in pediatrics at the University of California, San Francisco and completed her Residency in Pediatrics in 1990.

Dr. Malina works mainly in our Southgate office in Daly City. She is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese. Her main hospital affiliations are Seton Medical Center and the California Pacific Medical Center. She is a member of the Brown & Toland Medical Group. She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.

Dr Malina is married and has two children..

   

Robert Zaglin, MD

Dr Zaglin has been with BAPMG since 1983. Dr. Zaglin received his Bachelor of Science degree from Yale University in 1975. He attended Medical School at George Washington University and graduated in 1979. He completed his postgraduate training in Pediatrics at the University of California, San Francisco in 1982. He served as Chief Resident in Pediatrics at UCSF from 1982-1983. Dr. Zaglin is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.

Dr. Zaglin works primarily at our Southgate office in Daly City. His main hospital affiliations are Seton Medical Center, California Pacific Medical Center and UCSF Medical Center. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at UCSF. He has also served as Medical Director of Nursery services at Seton Medical Center. He was recently re-elected as the chairman of the Department of Pediatrics at Seton Medical Center.

Dr. Zaglin is a member of the Brown & Toland Medical Group. He is currently serving as COO and Vice President of Bay Area Pediatric Medical Group.

He enjoys his free time with his wife and two children. He enjoys water skiing, scuba diving and is a classic car fanatic.
